Shipping Policies

Domestic Shipping

  • Free shipping (all orders over $100) is shipped via USPS Ground service.
  • Orders from $1-$49.99 are $4.99. Orders from $50-$99.99 are $5.99. 
  • 2ND DAY and OVERNIGHT (expedited) shipping is shipped via USPS Express Mail or FedEx. If these carriers do not deliver to your location, please provide specific shipping instructions in the COMMENTS field when you check out. Expedited shipping is $15.77. 

    International Shipping

    • International orders are sent via USPS and shipping charges, duties & taxes will be determined at checkout.
    • International orders are all FINAL SALE.
    • Cushette ships worldwide excluding Russia and Brazil due to customs regulations.
    • For all International orders (i.e. orders outside the United States) customer assumes all liability for packing, notwithstanding what tracking status indicates. 
    • All shipping costs (i.e. the shipping costs you paid when you placed your order and any returns-related shipping costs) are non-refundable.

    Expedited Shipping

    • Expedited shipping options are available online for the lower 48 states only.
    • Orders placed by 12pm EST will be shipped the same business day via the selected method.
    • All orders placed after 12pm EST for expedited shipping will ship the following business day via the selected method.
    • All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday.
    • Please note, our shipping carriers deliver Monday-Friday only so please consider this when selecting expedited options. For example, an order shipping on Thursday via 2-Day shipping will arrive the following Monday; an order shipping Friday via Overnight Shipping will arrive the following Monday.

    Shipping Issues

    • We are not responsible for shipper-based issues including but not limited to delay, loss, or damage. Shippers include US Post, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.

    Signature Confirmation/Lost Packages 

    • All packages are shipped *without* signature required. If you prefer a signature required at delivery time, please check the "I will sign for my shipment" option during checkout. If you do *not* specify signature required, you (the customer) assume all responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.
